Concentration Greater than 1% : Water, Leptopsermum Scoparium ( Manuka UMF ) Honey, C12-15, Pareth-3, Methyl Gluceth-20, Acrylates Copolymer, Fragrance, Ethanol, Cocamidpropyl Betaine, Polysorbate 80, Cetyl Acetate

Concentrarion Less than 1% : Acetylated Lanolin Alcohols, Guar Hydroxypropyl Trimonium Chloride, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Hydroxide, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Ethylparaben, Propylparaben, Butylparaben, Isobutylparaben

Direction : Add a small amount onto a loofer of sponge, lather and wash all areas of the body.
